The produced roof panels are made from galvanized steel, 0.4–0.7mm thick, available in corrugated, trapezoidal, or tile shapes. Panels offer high strength, weather resistance, and precise dimensions. Suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial roofing. Multi-profile production ensures versatility, allowing different panel types from a single production line with consistent quality.

Process:

The three-layer roll former produces roof tile panels on the upper layer, corrugated panels on the middle, and trapezoidal panels on the lower layer. Chain-driven system with protective covers ensures smooth, safe operation. Hydraulic cutting provides precise lengths. This process enables multi-profile production on one line, maximizing flexibility and efficiency.
