1. Production Line Overview

• The steel trench cover is made from 1.5-2.5mm thick galvanized steel, used in drainage systems along roadsides or poolside drainage. It features downward punched holes and stretched edges for improved drainage and safety. This profile is produced using a cold roll forming machine with servo feeding and punching.

3. Production Process

• 3 Ton Hydraulic Decoiling & Leveling - Servo Feeding & Punching - Roll Former - Hydraulic Shearing (Servo Tracking) - Pallet Discharging

• The process begins with a 3 Ton hydraulic decoiler and leveling unit, followed by servo feeding and punching to create drainage holes. The material is then formed and hydraulically sheared to the correct length. Finally, the finished panels are discharged onto pallets for easy collection.
