• The YX50-200-600 profile is made from galvanized steel sheets of 0.8–1.2mm thickness. It features a closed-type shape with 50mm height and embossed ribs to increase concrete adhesion. • 3T Hydraulic Decoiler → Guiding Device → Embossing Roller → Roll Former → Hydraulic Cutter → Output Table

• The production line starts with decoiling and guiding. The steel coil then passes through a custom embossing roller, enhancing concrete grip. It enters a 28-station chain-driven roll former for accurate profiling. A hydraulic cutter ensures precise cutting before final product collection.
